Baddle for Better-Smash Out Cystic Fibrosis Tournament
Here at Baddle we are so fortunate to be able to partner with organizations that have the goal of helping others in our Baddle for Better campaign. A few months ago, we had the opportunity to help raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Foundation by partnering with Xtreme Hike Virginia in their 2nd Annual Smash Out Cystic Fibrosis Pickleball Tournament! The tournament was held on August 13, where 12 courts hosted simultaneous pickleball games to help raise money for the CF Foundation.
Baddle donations included Vera Bradley paddles for the raffle winners, digital gift cards, 75 pickleball balls, and additional swag bag gear! After a long and fun day of pickleball, the organization was able to raise $3,000! According to our contact at Xtreme Hike Virginia, “Players are still talking about the event and are looking forward to next year…Please know that the support of Baddle was integral to the success of the pickleball tournament.”
This is what Baddle for Better is all about. We continue to be humbled to be able to support events and organizations like this one! Not only is pickleball a fun game to play, but it also brings people with similar missions together in an effort to change the lives of others.
